Upstander Academy is a six-day professional development program for educators in an intimate, cohort-based setting where the power of storytelling invites self-reflection on complex historical and contemporary issues. The program aims to prepare educators to create more inclusive curricula and schools and to counter bias by promoting understanding, restoration, and the repairing of broken relationships.
