Special Live Short Film Screening with Nefesh Mountain & Upstander Project

Join us for a very special live online event: a work-in-progress screening of a new short film about the band Nefesh Mountain as they record their new Americana/Bluegrass album. In the newest film from Upstander Project see what happens when a wife, husband and their toddler go to Nashville to try to make their album in the historic Sound Emporium recording studio. The filmmakers go behind the scenes revealing the ups and downs of married musicians as they take us on a musical exploration of this particular socio-political moment through their eyes. This film is so new it doesn’t have a title yet!

After the film join one of the co-directors Adam Mazo along with the featured participants, Nefesh Mountain bandleaders Doni Zasloff and Eric Lindberg, for the screening, Q & A, and maybe a live performance of a song or two! This is a rare opportunity as this will be the only chance to watch this version of the film. Because the film is still a work-in-progress we’re not ready to make it available anytime, anywhere so this live event will not be recorded, so please join us!
